About Celebrations

Celebrations packs are four cards each rather than the usual ten, and every card is a reprint or an anniversary card. The set runs 25 cards plus a 25-card Classic Collection of straight reprints spanning the game's history, the original Base Set Charizard among them. Every card in a Celebrations booster carries a foil treatment and the 25th anniversary logo.

The Zacian LV.X promo is a nod to the Level X Pokemon of the Diamond and Pearl era, paired here with Pikachu for the anniversary. In the main set, Flying Pikachu V and VMAX, Surfing Pikachu V and VMAX, Zacian V and Zamazenta V sit alongside legendary Pokemon such as Ho-Oh, Lugia, Kyogre and Groudon. The Classic Collection brings back Base Set Charizard, Blastoise and Venusaur, Dark Gyarados, Shining Magikarp, Umbreon Star and Tapu Lele-GX, each with its original card number.

Celebrations launched worldwide on October 8, 2021, and its booster packs were never sold loose, so collection boxes like this one are the only way to open them. It has been out of print for years.

Factory sealed, shipped from our shop in Plains, PA, just outside Wilkes-Barre.
