About the promotion

For a limited time in 2021, select General Mills cereals, including Golden Grahams, Trix, Cocoa Puffs, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Lucky Charms, contained a special three-card Pokemon TCG booster pack as part of the celebration of 25 years of Pokemon. The Pokemon Company confirmed the promotion in March 2021.

What is in the pack

Per The Pokemon Company: each pack contains one foil Pikachu card and two additional Pokemon. The Pikachu carries the Pokemon 25 anniversary stamp. There are 14 unique cards in total, and the Galarian Ponyta card was only distributed in family size cereal boxes, so it is the hardest of the 14 to find.

The 14 cards

Foil cards: Pikachu, Galarian Ponyta, Wooloo, Morpeko, Gossifleur and Hatenna. Standard cards: Snom, Yamper, Sinistea, Galarian Zigzagoon, Galarian Meowth, Cufant, Dreepy and Galarian Farfetch'd. The cards are reprints of Sword and Shield era cards, from Sword and Shield Black Star Promos, the Sword and Shield base set and Rebel Clash.

The pack

The white foil wrapper shows Pikachu, Wooloo, Morpeko and Yamper in four panels around the Pokemon 25 logo and reads 3 Additional Game Cards. A quick rip and an easy add for collectors putting together the anniversary promo run.
