About 151
151 covers the complete original Kanto Pokedex, Bulbasaur through Mew, and has stayed one of the most chased English sets in the game since it went out of print. Scarlet and Violet 151 released on September 22, 2023, with all 151 Pokemon printed in Pokedex order and 12 new Pokemon ex among them, including Venusaur ex, Charizard ex, Blastoise ex, Alakazam ex, Zapdos ex and Mew ex. This collection followed on October 6, 2023.
The official card list runs 207 cards: the main set is numbered 001 to 165, and 42 secret rares follow at 166 to 207. Packs from 151 came in products such as this collection, the Elite Trainer Box and the Ultra-Premium Collection rather than in booster displays.

The official card list marks 7 special illustration rares at 198 to 204 and 3 hyper rares at 205 to 207. Zapdos ex has its own special illustration rare at 202, so the featured Pokemon of this box is also one of the set's top pulls.
