About the set

Scarlet & Violet 151 released in English on September 22, 2023. The Blooming Waters Premium Collection followed on February 7, 2025, built around Venusaur and Blastoise, two Pokemon that have traveled with Trainers through the Kanto region and beyond. Venusaur ex and Blastoise ex come as foil cards with strong Abilities and attacks, and foil Bulbasaur and Squirtle cards sit alongside them.

All 12 packs are Scarlet & Violet 151. The top pulls in those packs include the Special Illustration Rares of Charizard ex at 199/165, Venusaur ex at 198/165 and Blastoise ex at 200/165, plus the Mew ex Hyper Rare at 205/165. The Venusaur ex and Blastoise ex Special Illustration Rares match the Pokemon on the box, but they come from packs at random and are not part of the fixed contents.
