About the set
Welcome to Night City is the debut set of the Cyberpunk TCG, produced by WeirdCo under license from CD PROJEKT RED and released in its Beta edition on September 10, 2026. Players build an edgerunner crew of Legends from across the Cyberpunk universe and fight to become a Night City legend, with polyhedral dice resolving the action. The set runs 140 mechanically unique cards plus 31 alternate-art Iconic Rares, 171 cards in total: 60 Commons, 32 Uncommons, 32 Rares, 12 Epic Rares, 4 Secret Rares, and the 31 Iconic Rares, which are alternate-art versions of 18 Legends, 9 Units and Gear, and 4 Secret Rares.
Every 12-card pack holds 7 Commons, 3 Uncommons, and 2 cards at Rare or better, and an Iconic Rare lands in roughly one pack in 18. The Beta box carries 36 packs where the later retail display will carry 24, and the 31 Iconic Rares in this printing are exclusive to Beta: the retail set gets its own separate 31. The 140 playable cards stay the same across both versions, so Beta cards are legal alongside retail once the game is fully released.
