Topps names this retail configuration the Value Box, and the retail blaster you see on shelves is that same box. The official product page states ten cards per pack and six packs per box, 60 cards total, with four Green Voltage base parallels and two exclusive Mayhem inserts per box. Packs run roughly seven or eight base cards plus a pair of common inserts, which is what makes this the practical way to build the base run.
Green Voltage and Mayhem
Both are retail content. Green Voltage is a base parallel that Topps places in this format and no other, four to a box. Mayhem is a 20-card insert built around the players who thrive in chaos, and it is exclusive to this configuration as well. The Mayhem chase goes deeper than the two inserts you are promised: the subset carries numbered parallels and a 10-card Mayhem Autograph run, which is the signature chase in this box.
The base set
The 2026/27 Topps Premier League flagship base set is 300 cards spanning all 20 clubs, with a 20-card Future Stars subset at the top of it covering the league's brightest young talent. Base parallels run down to a Black parallel numbered to 10, and base autographs feature ink from names including Virgil van Dijk, Bruno Fernandes and Erling Haaland. Other inserts across the release include Beast Mode, Nitro Boost, Flying the Flag, Stars of the Premier League, Retro Threads and Remember the Name.
What lives in hobby rather than here
