About the set

2024-25 Upper Deck Ice released on June 11, 2025 as one of the most anticipated hockey releases of the year. The set runs 250 cards: 100 veterans (cards 1 to 100), 50 base rookies (101 to 150) and 100 serial numbered Ice Premieres acetate rookies (151 to 250).

Ice Premieres come in five levels. Level 5 is numbered to 999, Level 4 to 799, Level 3 to 499, Level 2 to 249 and Level 1 to 99. Level 1 is cards 241 to 250 and carries names like Macklin Celebrini, Matvei Michkov, Cutter Gauthier, Logan Stankoven and Will Smith. Ice Premieres also run in Blue parallels numbered to 399, Emerald Green to 199 and Gold to 25. Base cards come in Emerald Green, Purple and Greyscale parallels, with Greyscale numbered to 99.

Upper Deck names the Exquisite Collection Rookies and Rookies Signatures sets for this release, plus the new Rookies Refined, Rookies Refined Signatures and Crystal sets, and Glacial Graphs acetate autographs. Exquisite Collection Rookies Signatures are numbered to 99, and Ice Premieres Autographs to 199 or 99. Glacial Graphs fall about 1 in 144 packs. White Snowflake is a 70-card base autograph set with Red parallels numbered to 5. Frozen in Ice, about 1 in 24 packs, is an oversized card with an Ice Premieres Mini rookie acetate hidden inside.

What is in the case

  • 24 hobby boxes, two inner cases of 12
  • 12 packs per box, 288 packs in the case
  • 6 cards per pack, 1,728 cards in the case

Per box on average: 1 autograph or memorabilia card, 3 numbered Ice Premieres rookie acetate cards, 12 base rookies, 12 Emerald Green base parallels, 3 Purple base parallels, 2 Arcticulates and 1 Sub Zero, plus 2 numbered Exquisite Collection or rare parallel cards. The autograph figure counts autographs and memorabilia together, so a box can produce a relic and no signature. There is no autograph guarantee, and no case hit or case-level card is published for this product.

Who a sealed case suits
