Korean packs are printed on the same stock as the Japanese release and share the same artwork, but come from a much smaller print run than English. Card text is Korean.
About the set
Pokemon Korea released Super Electric Breaker in Korea on November 27, 2024 as a Scarlet and Violet expansion pack, set code sv8, after an early release at Pokemon Card Shops on November 23, 2024. Each pack holds 5 random cards, and a full Korean box holds 30 packs, 150 cards in all. Pikachu fronts the pack wrapper.
The set runs 138 cards: 106 in the main set plus 32 secret rares. The secret rares break down as 12 Art Rares (AR), 11 Super Rares (SR), 6 Special Art Rares (SAR) and 3 Ultra Rares (UR). The Korean cards carry the same sv8 numbering as the Japanese set, so the Pikachu ex Special Art Rare reads 132/106 on the Korean card.
The chase
Pikachu ex leads the set twice: the Special Art Rare at 132/106 and the Ultra Rare at 136/106. The other Special Art Rares are Durant ex (130/106), Milotic ex (131/106), Hydreigon ex (133/106), Clemont's Quick Wit (134/106) and Jasmine's Gaze (135/106). The Super Rare line adds full art Pokemon ex such as Scovillain ex, Palossand ex, Tatsugiri ex and Slaking ex. Cards are named here in English; the cards themselves print the Korean names.
