Journey Together released on March 28, 2025. The theme is bonds between Trainers and their Pokemon, and the mechanic that carries it is Trainer's Pokemon: cards that belong to a named Trainer rather than to a generic species slot.
That is what makes this set distinctive to open. Lillie's Clefairy ex, Hop's Zacian ex, N's Zoroark ex and Iono's Bellibolt ex all pull double duty as playable cards and as character cards, which widens who wants them well beyond competitive players.
