About the set

2025-26 Topps Cosmic Chrome Basketball released on April 29, 2026. The 200-card base set spans rookies Cooper Flagg, Kon Knueppel and Dylan Harper, stars LeBron James, Stephen Curry and Victor Wembanyama, and legends such as Magic Johnson, Larry Bird and Carmelo Anthony. Every base card runs through the cosmic Refractor ladder: Refractor, Nucleus and White Hole Refractors, then Aqua Equinox (/199), Purple Nebula (/150), Blue Moon (/99), Green Space Dust (/75), Gold Interstellar (/50), Orange Galactic (/25), Black Eclipse (/10) and Red Flare (/5) Refractors to the Superfractor 1/1. Topps also seeds rare Lunar Boxes in which every pack holds an SP Lunar Refractor.

Inserts are built around the theme: Galaxy Greats (35 cards of legends), Extraterrestrial Talent (25), Propulsions (25) and the new Space Walk, plus rare inserts numbered /50 or lower such as Starfractor, Re-Entry, Geocentric and First Light. Planetary Pursuits is the full solar system chase, with rarity rising from the Sun out to Pluto, and it joins Hypernova and Cosmic Dust as the super short print case hits.

Autographs come from Cosmic Chrome Autograph Variations, the 30-card Electro-Static Signatures, the 46-card Singularity Signatures, First Flight Signatures and the new Alien Autographs, each with a Refractor ladder from Gold Interstellar (/50) down to the Superfractor 1/1.
