The Galarian Mr. Rime promo
The promo in this box is a Stage 1 Water Pokemon with 120 HP, a reprint of the Darkness Ablaze 36 card with new artwork by Keiichiro Ito. Galarian Mr. Rime carries the Shuffle Dance Ability, which once during your turn lets you switch one of your opponent's face down Prize cards with the top card of their deck, plus the Mad Party attack, which does 20 damage for each Pokemon in your discard pile that has the Mad Party attack. The four Mad Party pin promos, Bunnelby, Dedenne, Galarian Mr. Rime and Polteageist, all carry the Mad Party attack and are built to be played together.
About Shining Fates
Shining Fates is the February 2021 set built around the Shiny Vault, a 122-card subset of shiny Pokemon that appear nowhere else. The published set list shows a 72 card main set with Alcremie VMAX at 73/72, and a Shiny Vault running SV1 to SV122. Shining Fates was sold only in special collection boxes like this one, not in a standard booster box. The Shiny Vault includes a shiny Galarian Mr. Rime at SV21, along with shiny V and VMAX cards such as Charizard VMAX at SV107, Ditto VMAX at SV119 and Eternatus VMAX at SV122.
The Mad Party pins were a four-box retail run tied to the Mad Party deck archetype. Out of print since 2021.
The code card was made for the Pokemon Trading Card Game Online, which has since been replaced, so we make no claim about redeeming it.
