What is in the deck
The Pokemon line is 3 Mega Lucario ex and 4 Riolu to evolve into them, backed by 3 Makuhita and 2 Hariyama, a 2 and 2 Solrock and Lunatone pairing, plus a single Fezandipiti ex and a single Bloodmoon Ursaluna ex as support attackers.
The 46 Trainer cards are where the value sits for anyone building other decks. The list includes 4 Fighting Gong, 4 Lillie's Determination, 3 Iris's Fighting Spirit, 2 Boss's Orders (Ghetsis), 4 Premium Power Pro, 4 Ultra Ball, 2 Night Stretcher, 2 Gravity Mountain, 2 Air Balloon, 1 Secret Box, 1 Surfer and 1 Switch. Boss's Orders and Ultra Ball in particular are staples that slot straight into almost anything.
