The tin comes in three styles, each with a different foil promo: Mega Meganium ex, Mega Emboar ex or Mega Feraligatr ex. The packs inside are identical across all three, so the promo is the only difference. Our photo shows the Mega Meganium ex style. We cannot promise a specific one.

About Ascended Heroes

Ascended Heroes released on January 30, 2026 as part of the Mega Evolution series, and it is the largest Pokemon TCG expansion ever released in English. It runs 295 cards, 217 in the main set plus 78 secret rares, passing the 284-card Fusion Strike. The English set combines the Japanese MEGA Dream ex subset with cards from the Start Deck 100 Battle Collection.

Mega Dragonite ex leads the set, with Mega Meganium ex, Mega Emboar ex and Mega Feraligatr ex alongside it, for 13 Mega Evolution Pokemon ex in total, plus six Tera Pokemon ex and 20 Pokemon ex. Trainer's Pokemon are back in force, including Team Rocket's Mewtwo ex, N's Zoroark ex and Steven's Metagross ex.

The secret rare run breaks down as 33 Illustration Rares, 14 Ultra Rares and 22 Special Illustration Rares. It is also the first international set to carry the J regulation mark in Standard, which matters if you are building for tournament play rather than collecting.

Tin, bundle or Elite Trainer Box

The tin is four packs plus a promo, and it is the cheapest way in that still includes a playable card you cannot pull from a pack. The booster bundle is six packs and nothing else. The Elite Trainer Box carries more packs plus sleeves, dice and the rest of the accessories. Pick the tin when you want a few packs and the promo, and the bundle when you only care about pack count.
