About the set
Resurgence released on July 31, 2026 with a 201-card base set: 100 veterans and 101 rookies. That rookie half is the draw, led by Cam Ward with Tennessee, Travis Hunter with Jacksonville and Ashton Jeanty with Las Vegas.
The design language across the whole product is energy and circuitry, which runs through both the parallel names and the inserts.
The Surge ladder
The parallel run is long and it is named consistently, which makes it easy to read in hand. Above the standard Refractor it goes Surge to 425, Black and White Surge to 399, Bronze Surge to 375, Magenta Surge to 299, Navy Surge to 275, Aqua Surge to 250, Yellow Surge to 225, Crimson Surge to 199, Green Surge to 175, Teal Surge to 149, White Surge to 125, Digital Surge to 100 and Blue Surge to 99.
The Power Surge tier sits above that: Purple Surge to 75, Gold Power Surge to 50, Orange Power Surge to 25, Lime Green Power Surge to 15, Pink Power Surge to 10 and Red Power Surge to 5, with the SuperFractor as a one of one.
What mega carries that hobby does not
Blue and Orange Spark parallels are mega exclusive outright. Separately, two things are exclusive to retail as a whole, meaning blaster and mega but not hobby or Delight: the Electro Lights case content, and the Sky Blue and Pink Shock parallels.
So a Sky Blue Shock or an Electro Lights cannot have come from a hobby box, and a Blue or Orange Spark can only have come from a mega.
Inserts
The insert lineup is Circuit Breakers, Conductors, Electro Lights, Perfect Fits, Protonyx, String Theory, Voltaic and Wired. String Theory, Perfect Fits, Wired and Electro Lights are the ultra rare short prints among them, so treat any of the four as a long shot rather than a per-box expectation.
Mega, blaster or hobby
This mega is 6 packs of 8, 48 cards. The value blaster is 8 packs of 4, 32 cards, at a lower price but sharing the retail-only Electro Lights and Shock parallels. Hobby and Delight are the autograph configurations. Topps does not state a per-box autograph average for this mega box, so treat any signature here as upside rather than an expectation.
