A base set in three tiers
The 300-card base checklist is split into Common, Uncommon and Rare tiers, which is a real set-building challenge rather than a cosmetic label. Topps lists base commons at six per pack, uncommons at one per pack and rares at 1:3 packs. The checklist covers rookies including Jaxson Dart, Cam Ward, Tetairoa McMillan and Cam Skattebo, veterans including Josh Allen, Patrick Mahomes, Caleb Williams, Lamar Jackson and Bijan Robinson, and legends including Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Randy Moss, Troy Aikman, Jerry Rice and Eli Manning.
The Refractor rainbow
Every tier carries the same parallel ladder. From the Topps odds sheet, hobby pack rates run Refractor at 1:6, Xfractor at 1:10, Sky Blue at 1:11, Purple at 1:14, Blue at 1:18, Xfractor Purple at 1:24, Xfractor Blue at 1:36, Green at 1:47, Gold at 1:70, Orange at 1:140, Black at 1:175, Oil Spill at 1:211 and Red at 1:349, with the SuperFractor one of one at 1:3,500.
Autographs
Topps configures the hobby box at two autographs. The odds sheet lists Rookie Finest Autographs at 1:8 packs, Flashback Autographs at 1:36, Finest Autographs at 1:50, Finest Greats Autographs at 1:64, Finest Moments Autographs at 1:200, Finest Freshman Autographs at 1:238 and Finest Fans Autographs at 1:475. Flashback Autographs is the curated subset carrying Jaxson Dart and Cam Ward alongside Jahmyr Gibbs and Jayden Daniels, Finest Greats brings Hall of Fame ink from signers such as Eric Dickerson, Jerry Rice and Archie and Eli Manning, and Finest Fans turns the camera on the league's celebrity supporters. Every one of those sets runs its own colored parallel ladder up to a SuperFractor one of one.
Inserts, including one printed on metal
Inserts are the heart of Finest and this year they are openly nostalgic. Hobby pack rates: 1992 Finest at 1:106, The Man at 1:422, Landmark Metal Series at 1:480, Centurions, Nightmare Fuel and Smashing Through each at 1:562, Headliners at 1:568, For the Record at 1:843 and Framed White at 1:16,845, which makes Framed White the hardest named pull on the sheet outside the one of ones. Landmark Metal Series is the standout, a modern take on the 1995 fan favorite printed on real metal. Reflash, Torchers, Creators, Team Finest and Power Kings fill out the insert run with their own Refractor ladders.
What to expect per box
Topps states two autographs per box on its own product page. Our box notes add roughly 11 parallels and 10 inserts per box on average, which is our own figure rather than a Topps one, so treat it as a guide.
Read the averages correctly
Two autographs per box is the configuration Topps printed, not a promise about any one pack, and every figure above is a pack rate rather than a result. Pulls are random and never guaranteed.

What comes in a 2025 Topps Finest Football hobby box?
Six packs with ten cards in each, 60 cards in total. Topps configures the box at two autographs, alongside Refractor and Xfractor parallels, the three-tier base set and the insert run. Every pull is random and never guaranteed.
Can I buy a single pack instead of the full box?
Yes, a single pack from a box is also available on this listing. A single pack carries no hit guarantee, because the two autographs per box are spread across all six packs.
How many cards are in the 2025 Topps Finest Football set?
The base set is 300 cards, split into Common, Uncommon and Rare tiers. Topps lists commons at six per pack, uncommons at one per pack and rares at 1:3 packs, so completing all three tiers is a genuine build.
Which autographs are the most likely to appear?
Rookie Finest Autographs at 1:8 packs, then Flashback Autographs at 1:36, Finest Autographs at 1:50 and Finest Greats Autographs at 1:64. Finest Moments at 1:200, Finest Freshman at 1:238 and Finest Fans at 1:475 are the longer shots.
What is the Landmark Metal Series?
A modern take on the 1995 Finest fan favorite, printed on actual metal rather than card stock. Topps lists it at 1:480 packs in hobby, which makes it one of the signature chases of the release.
What are the best cards to pull in 2025 Topps Finest Football?
The SuperFractor one of ones sit at the top: the Rookie Finest Autographs SuperFractor at 1:8,222 packs, the Finest Autographs SuperFractor at 1:11,555 and the base SuperFractor at 1:3,500. Framed White at 1:16,845 is the hardest named insert on the sheet.
Which rookies and legends are on the checklist?
Rookies include Jaxson Dart, Cam Ward, Tetairoa McMillan, Cam Skattebo, Ashton Jeanty and Emeka Egbuka. Veterans include Josh Allen, Patrick Mahomes, Caleb Williams, Lamar Jackson, Bijan Robinson and Jaxon Smith Njigba, and the legend run covers Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Randy Moss, Troy Aikman, Jerry Rice and Eli Manning.
