About the set
Released March 4, 2026, this is a retail product built around Patrick Mahomes II. The base Icon Collection set runs 25 cards. Numbers 1 through 20 show him with the Kansas City Chiefs, and 21 through 25 go back to his Texas Tech Red Raiders days. The rest of the checklist is Icon Highlights (25 cards), Icon Connections (25 cards), Campus Legends, Title Waves (6 cards) and Touchdown Architect (14 cards), plus two memorabilia sets, Game Gear (5 cards) and Highlight Materials (5 cards).
Icon Connections is the section most people flip to first. It puts Mahomes alongside names from across the Kansas City era and beyond, including Travis Kelce, Xavier Worthy, Rashee Rice, DeAndre Hopkins, Chris Jones, head coach Andy Reid and Joe Montana.
What you are chasing
Base cards and the non-relic inserts carry Red, Gold /10 and Platinum 1/1 parallels. The memorabilia sets and the three signed sets run a different ladder: Black Pandora /25, Gold /10 and Gold Vinyl 1/1, with a Crown of the Kingdom Red numbered to 15.
The signatures sit in three five-card sets: Crown of the Kingdom, Mahomes Magic and Rocket Launch. Each is issued only as a Gold autograph numbered to 15. That is the top end of the product, and nothing in the configuration promises one. Treat a signature as the long shot it is.
Blaster only
The Icon Collection was configured for blaster boxes. There is no hobby, mega, hanger or cello version of this product, so the 24-card blaster is the only way it was packed out.
