About the set

2025 Donruss Optic Football released on January 26, 2026 and puts the Donruss design on Optichrome stock. The base set is 300 cards: veterans and legends at 1 to 200, then 100 Rated Rookies from 201 to 300, opening with Travis Hunter at 201 and closing with Abdul Carter at 300. Shedeur Sanders is card 203, and Cam Ward, Ashton Jeanty, Jaxson Dart, Tetairoa McMillan, TreVeyon Henderson, and Tyler Shough are also in the class.

The numbered parallel run goes from Neon Blue at 399 through Orange at 299, Red at 149, Purple at 60, Black Pandora at 25, Ice at 15, Gold at 10, and Green at 5, down to Black, Gold Vinyl, and Nebula one of ones. Unnumbered parallels include Holo, One Hundred, Stars, and White Sparkle. Several parallels are tied to a format: Hyper Rated Rookies in mega boxes, Pink in blasters, and Red and Blue Mojo in H2 boxes, while Black Pandora, Ice, Green, and Gold Vinyl are hobby box exclusives.
